Maybe some that remind you of your childhood, that you make from ingredients grown in your backyard, or make you feel strongly connected to your cultural traditions or childhood? Perhaps a friend or family member makes a special dish you think needs to be shared. If so, we'd love to hear from you! After all, what is growing food without turning it into something delicious! The Fawkner Food Bowls is being supported by a Merri-bek City Council grant to create a community cookbook (expected to be published Autumn 2025) - bringing all of us in Fakwner and Merri-bek together through the story and shared love of food.
